Welcome to Signature Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website and email signature generator service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

Signature Studio provides a free online tool that allows users to create, customize, and copy HTML email signatures. The Service is currently offered free of charge during the beta period. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or modify feature availability at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by Signature Studio and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you input (such as your name, logo, and contact details). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating your email signatures.

6. User Content & Logos

You represent that you have the right to use any logos, images, or content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Uploaded assets are stored to enable signature rendering and may be deleted if your account is terminated.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without liability to you.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that signatures will render identically across all email clients.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signature Studio and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
